I don't see a response to this so I will attempt to recycle what I can recall.

Marshall said nothing to do with elections. Doesn't matter who is in power its seperate. I think someone posted waiting for end of elections.

I believe he said twice in interviews everything is in, final stages, he is hopeful.
Thinks a few weeks but doesn't sound like an absolute deadline was given on decision.
