I don't think anyone here feels like waiting around for another five years for things to start happening,  but it may just be the natural process of developing a drug (now that it's actually set in motion).
The problem with waiting 5 years in the meantime is that new scientific discoveries (see link) won't stop and might make PMN310 obsolete
