BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

Most retail investors come in when the SP is going up, they consider themselves investors until they see red then they run like their pants are on fire.  Once the folks who are prone to running are gone we will be left with the real investors remaining... those remaining are likely those who actually researched the company and understand the longer term potential of the stock



Where are you getting your statistics, Bert and Ernie?
So to be clear - SSL's plan is to start fires on people's pants by getting the share price to drop from $14 to $2.40 because that will scare the cowards off - and Hexo doesn't want cowards as investors, just 'REAL' investors because their investment money is worth more?
Once them chickens are runninga way with their pants on fire, the real investors will cause the share price to go up........oh, but wait, isnt that when you say the chicken investors start buying?

I'm seeing a small flaw - both in your logic and your investment theory.
(Also - I think it's illegal to set poeple's pants on fire).
