Fear of no Otool investing brings sp down

Are we starting a fear of no investing in tooling (or conservative Otool) in the coming year as a result of elections.
The global scope of PYR should not bring it down too much but I expect a flatening of SP till Dec 021.
Has anyone read the book of Otool.
We will know tomorrow morning.
