Not so sure about that jake.
Allan last bought shares on June 21 of this year.  He did so by exercising rights at $0.05/share.   He bought 800,000 shares so he shelled out $40,000. and received shares worth $704,000. as the close that day was $0.88.  I doubt if he has ever paid more than that for any of his shares.  He has no need to ever purchase shares anywhere near the market price as he is assured a steady flow of cheap options as long as he is CEO.

Jake12116 also said," I believe I know lots more than most people that post on here."  Not so sure about that one either jake.
