COP pays 9.5 billion for 200k barrels from Shell

COP pays 9.5 billion for 200k barrels from ShellATH is 400 mill for 34,000. COP buys 200,000 bpd divided by ATH 34,000 bpd is 5.8. Round to 5 for easy calculation. Round 9.5 billion to 10 billion. 10 billion divided by 5 is 2 billion for 34,000 bpd.
Divided that by 2 because Canadian oil and equals 1 billion. Divide that by 2 because of Canadian oil again and it equals 500 million. Shows how ridiculously cheap ATH is when pipelines come into play.
