RE:Wyloo submits conversion loan

RE:Wyloo submits conversion loanYou know the golden rule, he who has the gold makes the rules. This is a HUGE investment into the future of the region and global supply.
If it were my investment I would certainly want to make sure I had a good handle on it. It's not like they haven't done anything like this before, they have the experience and the cash to get it done.
I think their biggest hurdle is formalizing a fair deal with First Nations. With the offer to join Wyloo as stockholders, going forward looks like a win win.

Looks like a done deal, but Wyloo will own more shares of New Noront company, I personally don't like this deal, as Wyloo will dictate everything in Noront going forward?
