Putting things in context All analysts value ITS segment MORE than the current share price.
ITS valuation
- 2.77
- 2.77
- 2.82
- 3.50
The valuation assumes no new wins in the pipeline. It only assumes the provided guidance by management. The only different with the higher target by Raymond James is they use a 12x multiple and a slightly higher EBITDA figure.
The big discrepancy is WiLan
- 0.45
- 1.15
- 1.18
- 2.40 USD
Any success on the Apple front or major litigation will require analysts to all raise their targets significantly. They have all, except for CIBC, basically assume WiLan can't do much.
Todd has said in his report it is a $6 target if they collect the court win at the CAFC. Everyone else will have to scramble and upgrade to $5+ targets.
