The quick and dirty from the call RE: Patent sale

Chen Said That that he's confident 80/20 that the patent deal will be completed by end of 3rd, possibly 4thQ.

A price is set and now the lawyers are doing their thing.

IF the deal shouldn't go through for some out-there reason, THERE ARE other buyers lined up.

He wants it done. it sounds like his patience is getting thin.
