You have to be a shareholder of record on Sept 21

to vote on the proposed spinout of the copper assets.....does that also mean that anyone buying shares after Sept 21 will NOT get the 1 shares of copper company for every 5 FCO owned

Looks like it to me....they did not really explain that point very well in the news release
