You can book an unrealized revenue for the work in progress (WIP) to the % of completion.
So no, the $11M recent contracts will not show in Q3.

It accrues in sales & profits when the product or service is delivered and billed.
If it is a service contract, it could be accrued if it is a service for immediate requirements and payment.
