The $3 barrier.  Simple enough.  You can even see it on the time and sales.  It got to $2.98 and the buying just stopped.  

Low volume pullback.  Every share below $3 is a gift.

Not enough volume to force the hand on a halt.  

Qaunts are incredible.  Golden cross upcoming.  CMF turned positive.  Above all MAs. The catalysts are right in front of us.
