RE:RE:Boys scout are in middle of ocean lostBecause it's getting tiring.  The stock starts moving and then POW!   Something pops up to kill it.  And waiting on Biden's infrastructure plan.  That could take decades before it gets passed.   So there is a good likelihood we will all be dead before this moves to where it should we valued.
