The Company operates under a business plan that has two key components: vertical integration with the market to ensure that all production capacity built is directed, and pre-sold, to a specific market, eliminating market-side risk; and technical innovation, which allows for a modular and economic potash production facility, which demonstrates environmental leadership within the industry, producing no salt tailings, therefore eliminating decommissioning. Its projects include Tugaske Project, Vanguard Area and Lazlo Area. The Vanguard Area is 100% owned in central Saskatchewan, located 170 kilometers (km) South of Saskatoon, 150 km North-West of Regina on a provincial highway system. RE:GSP working on London Stock Exchange submission for 5 months

RE:GSP working on London Stock Exchange submission for 5 monthsAgree Twiggy GSP likely getting close on announcing its LSE AIM listing.  During the May annual shareholders meeting, Mike's update on the project only discussed the LSE AIM listing.  At the time, I couldn't figure why he was so keen to talk about a fairly administrative, fairly likely process.  But now I'm thinking the AIM listing was actually likely a key sticking point for certain European equity investors participating in the upcoming equity raise, and we have likely been waiting for the LSE AIM listing these past few months, with no one wanting to commit debt/equity/insurance until all the pieces were in place.  The recent announcements of HELM's CAD$50mm SPV equity contribution and SocGen/KfW's recent CAD$280mm debt commitment suggest to me the LSE AIM listing may now be in hand and has initiated a sequence of events that has been planned for some time now.  I don't have a great sense of the timing of when GSP might announce an LSE AIM listing and/or when the equity raise might happen.  But it could happen anytime now, as far as I can tell.
