Where are the audited financials and update on the $364,111 in debt due end of August?

So sad that sheep/bagholders cheer for the massive dilution of current shareholders because RLV was incapable of paying back the $2.3 million they borrowed in 2018...baaah.

FYI, $2.3 million at 2 cents is 115 million shares...so there's more to come on this.
