The Company’s projects include Treaty Creek and Austruck-Bonanza. The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square km in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia and is situated approximately 70 km north of Stewart. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

Here's an idea, BUY TC, landlocked SEA, SEA will not get taken over this gold cycle why would you buy them? So you can spend a fortune building a tunnel, seriously are they miners or Infrastructure builders? 
 
So, just wait for the GOLD cycle to be done and BUY SEA for pennies on the Dollars when no one cares about GOLD in 10-15 Years and save money by NOT needing to build a tunnel.
 
Voila, now you know why I think if SEA doesn't take out AMK, GAMEOVER!  
 
How close am I here MORROW? :P
 
The best part though for an AMK Takeover is LACKEY BOY will be revealed LOL
