This is for all the non believers in the upcoming EV evolution. When oil giants start to invest in battery manufacturing, that should tell us something. The French oil giant TOTAL and group PSA created ACC (Automotive Cells Company) last year, to invest in battery manufacturing and now add Mercedes and Stellantis owner of Fiat Chrysler to each own 1/3 of the company. There was a Barron's article that I couldn't fully open without a subscription, but I believe the following article is the just of it. I also suspect were going to hear more and more oil companies invest in the battery/charging industry as the months and years go by. Start cashing out of the oil industry when the oil price is high and sink that money into the upcoming industry.
