Rick Rule he is the same flipper as many others ,remember in his interview : I have sold many uranium stocks because they were overpriced.and I am sure he loaded up at the 29 cents recently and maybe sold some at 60 cents.(as we did and sold at 58 cents.) this has been a handsome gain for all of the so called flippers in a very short time. with a spot at $44 the uranium stocks are overpriced again and the market tells you that. but we have the seasonality coming in October. (all the power to you and also to the `flippers`)
line in the sand for spot is around $40
and for UEX around 36 cents
Under that banner Sprott, Rick Rule is associated with that buisness he & multiple US investors paticipate in the 72 million PP at 29 cents a share in UEX, that is why he talk down the sector before UEX announce the PP at 29 cents a share, UEX was trading between 40 & 49 cents a share before the PP was announce,(while Sprott had a conservative 80+ cents a share price target on UEX) he knew that UEX had to come back down in price to complete the PP, even Red Cloud another buisness institutions thought that the PP should have been done at 55 cents a share.
That 29 cents PP news was dump on a Friday before the weekend, you know why - because it was considered to be bad or negative news.
Anyway I am not going to beat up on the UEX board members & the CEO because of a cheap PP deal, I think overall they have done a good job in a very harsh market conditions operating UEX, we need Sprott and the money to complete the JCU deal, & Sprott is helping out the entire uranium sector, I am a mature and practical investor, all that is in the rearview mirror, it is what it is.
Rick Rule and others use their celebrity status in talking down & up specific sectors in the market to benefit no other but themselves, you know what drives them GREED, yes the same greed that drives all you hardcore penny flippers and traders, today you flip, tomarrow you flop, and then you put post the board convincig other shareholders to sell there shares to help drive down stock price so you can jump back in.
