RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:So SnidelyBraindead,
I am not saying you are right...and he is wrong (far from it!) - but this post remains as one of the more salient pieces that you have yet come up with. Thank you.
There is more than one way to skin a cat - having this discourse is part of that process. Thanks Snidey - thanks Braindead...for giving us some ammo.

You know deep inside that this kind of deposit is very rare and I don't care how much you drill or how deep you go, you will not find all the gold that way. I am sure all the geos know this and serious sophisticated knowlegable mining people as well.
We don't have shareholders per say in control, we have investors and business people where the almighty dollar speaks more then the long term potential of this land, with stock being the vehicle through which they control the comany. I will bet you now that once developed, the mine life will outlive many of us on this board. How about 35 years minimum? Just a guess right now, Along with a good profitable mine usually comes a dividend and high share price, which is not so dependant upon the price of gold within reason as it is dependant on good mining management skills, cost control, and many other things.
I hope you are wrong in your assumptions. I dare say that Mr. Sprott also has a different mind about things with his past experience. He is motived by profit, yes, but he will also love that moment of deep inner satisfaction when it comes, to say "I told you so.
