RE:IPA vs Amazon Jury trial v-g--/Cabbie On May 6 2016 IPA Tech acquired the SRI patent portfolio patents.
My understanding is that Amazon is proceeding separately from Google, and Microsoft on its Alexa vocie assistant. with a different strategy whereas Google and Microsoft are using PTAB as their basis to argue.
This case scheduled for 5 day Jury trial 11/07/2021 is extremely complex for a jury to arrive at decision unless they are totally competent in technology issues and patent issues.
Anyway my point is that if we are successful with a decision , will it not put Jury in other cases in a dificult position to take contrary position.
The IPA Amazon decision preceding our Google, and Microsoft cases is monsterous. to our success in other cases.
