IMO, and I pretty sure I'm right, no way, no how, is this going to be approved by the government like booze or cannabis until a fool proof roadside test is available to law enforcemnt. This will be concidered an impairment regardless, and with that, law inforcement will need tools in their belt to detect this "new high" the goverment is allowing.
So until a measurable test can be provided to law enforcement, this stuff will never see the light of day. Given the various effects resulting from age, health, weight, race, smokers.., good luck with that.
Before you say that there's always going to be a few that will abuse it, no big deal, why do we have tests for booze and cannabis then? Regardless of what they are doing on the other side of the pond, Canada and US won't go for it.
