They should know that this stock, with $20MM in yearly revenue should not be at over $1B market cap. Those guys should do they DD and not listen to anyone else.
If they bought, their loss.

Also I don't think anyone is going to buy 50K for shares at $10 by following
advice on this board.
No one will dish out $500,000 by reading posts.
