Absolutely agree with you.  Both companies have bright futures without each other.  BUT WELL would benefit more from this acquisition if both CEOs were flexible.  Maybe a partnership?  Something like " we are stronger united than apart"?  Makes for a good mental exercise who would benefit more though.......

DOC is just finding some legs and would hate see them leave their vision especially when they have done bought deals along with the 160$ million on acquisitions this year to basically give it away to WELL with the devalued SP they are at now.

Love being part of both companies. Just saying.
