Sept17/20220 Alphabet Inc.LLC failed to convince the PTAB to invalidate part of a patent that IPA Tech has sued Google and other companies for allegedly infringing. The others are Microsoft and Amazon.

Since Judge has ruled valid and PTAB also.

We are going to court for one reason to prove their use and the amount of damages.
