Re: .03

Re: .03IMO, There's no way Chalice will be bought out at .70. I'm assuming that management has a whack of shares and they don't want to take it up the wazoo either. However, let's make a few assumptions here. Let's say Chalice is bought out. Any buyer has to pay a premium as I believe the company is in good shape. If we go by annual revenues of $35 million from the existing and new aquisitions and the industry average is 2.7x revenue, a potential purchase would be around $94.5 million. There are about 59 million shares so that would be $1.60 per share. I think this would be the bare minimum this company would sell for today.

Really, we have no idea what will happen with Chalice or any company and where the share price would go. If we did, we would all be multi-millionaires. Perhaps some of you are. I've been holding the bag on Chalice for years now but I did take the opportunity to buy shares at .02 and .025 pre-consolidation. Maybe this is a prime buying opportunity. I think at some point we will be rewarded. But then again, I don't know squat!!
