52Hawkeye52Hawkeye...

You are making fasle public statements. What you have said is 1000% not true.

The project is moving ahead full speed.

The TCCWD is suing the City of Tehachapi and not Sage Ranch. The TCCWD sues every City and has never won one case or stopped one project in California. TCCWD cannot legally sue Sage Ranch by a matter of law and legislation.

The City under its CEQA FEIR approval of Sage Ranch is the actual project sponser and by law is considered the trier of fact and the court of first instance, meaning there is no trial. TCCWD can only ask for review of facts that it has brought forward that counters the 2 years on engineering documents from 3rd party independent professional engineers that have validated under penaly of perjury, that the legal water supply exists.  The TCCWD submitted no facts or independent engineering or hydrology reports to counter the City's 2 years of professional studies and independent reports. The TCCWD has not met the standard to have a set aside of the approval.

The TCCWD has its governing board consists of farm land owners who have lost their rights to an M&I agreement a few years ago that provides water to housing as a priorty over their farm interest.  Their lawsuit stands zero chance of success over the City. ZERO.  In fact if you read the TCCWD claim, TCCWD says the water reserve is 260,000 AF of banked water. The City says 350,000.  But the TCCWD did not provide evidence against the 350,000 AF confirmed by the City. Under CEQA Sage Ranch only needs to provide 20 year supply proof. 20 X 350 AF is 7,000 AF total. Even under the TCCWD own admission there is 260,000 AF of extra banked water.  The TCCWD claim against the City is DOA.

TCCWD is run by a bunch of farm land owners who collect 98% of their water revenue from residential home owners but try and divert the water to their own farms.  The M&I does not allow this anymore and the City caught the grifters at the TCCWD with their pants down. The City, its entire group of substantial independent lawyers, its group of independent professional hydrologist and professional engineers would not have approved this project for the City council final approval if the facts did not support Sage Ranch.  The City can be sued for 100's of millions of dollars if it failed to do its water analysis correctly and the City knocked it out of the park.  The TCCWD claim is DOA, and the TCCWD has zero jursidiction to shut down Sage Ranch.  ZERO.

I just bought 20,000 more shares the other day and my friends bought 140,000 more last Friday.

Nice try 52Hawkeye!
