RE:"Hound Dog",... that won't hunt.held accountable !!  Name one instance where the TSXV exchange has done it`s job.  People like Marci thrive under this blind eye policy . There are several thousand CEO`s on that exchange just like her . That is why many US ETFs and Funds have rules about not trading in Canada .
