RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal price is 9% below yesterday's closing KL priceDifficult to say how much of the recent price gain has been in anticipation of the takeover, or if it was due more to the slew of recent good news (record net earnings, great drill results at Fosterville, 10 MILLION+ increase in reserves at Detour).  KL did not have to make this deal.  I feel that Tony saw his opportunity to be in charge of one of the largest gold mining companies in the world and he decided to give KL shareholders the finger.
