RE:RE:Only $450 million break feeGood points - perhaps the reason for the $450MM break fee is because it is a lowball offer. New offers come in higher, AEM gets the $450MM for being a stalking horse, and Tony gets his change of control bonus afterall? Or is this just a wild conspiracy theory?
