My god your dense, "The execution of the lease is subject to certain conditions, and its final details will be provided by the Company after execution by the parties"

EVE doesn't need its massive 1,000,000 sq ft so it is leasing it out to the same guys who bought the 18 cent shares and warrants (they didn't say how much space at what compensation level etc).

BTW....Q3 is over tomorrow. It will be another TRAIN WRECK but we don't get to see it for about 2 months.
