Your EVE shares just got DILUTED by close to 10%

EVE had about 28,000,000 shares outstanding prior to today's announcement they sold a new batch of 2,777,778 shares at 18 cents plus warrants & lease of greenhouse to this as yet un-named party.

lol...."Dilution is the solution". PayCheques covered a wee bit longer.
