Surge Energy Inc (Alberta) T.SGY

Alternate Symbol(s):  ZPTAF | T.SGY.DB.B

Surge Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil focused exploration and production (E&P) company. The Company's business consists of the exploration, development and production of oil and gas from properties in Western Canada. It holds focused and operated light and medium gravity crude oil properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, characterized by large oil in place crude oil reservoirs with low recovery factors. It offers exposure to two of the five conventional oil growth plays in Canada: the Sparky and SE Saskatchewan. It holds a dominant land position and is drilling a mix of horizontal multi-frac and horizontal multi-lateral wells in the Sparky area. Sparky is a large, well established oil producing fairway in Western Canada. SE Saskatchewan is a focused operated asset base with light oil operating netbacks. SE Saskatchewan operates low-cost wells with short payouts and offers potential for continued area consolidation.

RE:Pennydredful

RE:PennydredfulSince Penny doesn't want to reply , S and F l will throw my two cents in. I have spoken to Paul directly a number of times but not in the last year or so. No doubt he is a likable fellow and quite prepared to converse with shareholders and is positive on the company. I like and respect his forthrightness but l sold out over a year and a half ago. Paul bought with his own money at over $2. Which in hindsight was a huge mistake. Your comments on MT Bastion are well founded . I personally bought WCP with the proceeds , big loss from my sale. Shy up since then 50% , WCP up 500% . My Shy loss is made up and then some. I cannot understand shareholders who are so positive that when somebody like you presents a different view , well worth considering , just don't want to hear or know. . Seems quite stupid to me but it is their money . Do l need to say that hope and a prayer is not a logical investing strategy .
