It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:why hasnt stock traded yet?Oviously, nobody wants this poorly run Company. With the stock price tanking, wouldn't you think, if insiders had any faith in bringing this runt to production, they would backup the truck to show stockholders, they beleive, but NO.
