All Beef where there is a buyer there is a seller lol! So you could look at it from either side. Interest from institutional buyer or maybe dumping by institutional buyers. Or could even be some shorting going on lol. Most trades have been retail. That said, there is alot of short term shorts ie short and cover within a week or two.

If there was high demand from institutional buyers it would generally push the price up not down just saying!
