There's no incentive to buy because no one is driving up the price. The smart people are putting in their buys at lower and lower prices waiting for existing shareholders to give up and capitulate to them.

Until there is some type of catalyst to motivate buying, there's no incentive to buy up the order book if you can get it cheaper.

At this point, their market cap is roughly 6X their current year projected revenue, it would cost another company nearly nothing to acquire their revenue. At this low point, they're an M&A target, espeically because their product is incredible. It would be a steal.
