8 to 10 minimum. The reason he hasn't signed is because there is so much demand and they are all upping the ante and Phil is overwhelmed. He just can't decide who to pick so he is choosing not to sign and hire life sciences to try to boost the price instead. The carrot continues to dangle infront of our resident mule chucky.
