RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WiLAN Signs Wireless License with MotorolaJusthalful, they announced the deal so that means its material.  And they don`t give revenue or profitability guidance so they don`t have to also  provide further guidance.  Also, as the press release stated, all terms are confidential so releasing revenue guidance now could violate their agreement with Motorola. They might still do so, but if they don`t, i wouldn`t take that as an indication the amount of the settlement wasn`t VERY material.

Not sure why they felt competlled (or were allowed) to provide guidance for the Samsung deal but maybe Samsung allowed them to announce for some reason.
