I am replying to :

"Someone is playing God here constantly deciding on what gets shown and what doesn't. Watch these games every morning in the premarket bid/ask. No one should be able to block my order from showing, yet they have."

To test your theory, 5 minutes ago a I placed an order to buy 15,000 with limit price of 2.90. The bids moved and show 15,200 at 2.88, so it seems God is occupied elsewhere.

If you want be sure to get a fill, increase your bid price. I will be removing mine down at about 845am.
