up only a dime reflects that.  I'm hoping to hear an announcement that the settlement was for $40 or $50 million.  Then we will
see some significant sp increase.  If they don't make an announcement, then I think the sp remains below $3.00 and I'll sell
on Monday what I bought earlier.
