Pricing of FSX in a takeover

If FSX was taken over by a major,lets consider a price for a takeover agreeable to both sides.
$2,3, 4$ ?? Whith the shares outstanding in FSX that doesn`t make make a terribly costly takeover. And FSX has some terribly good pieces of land in the area .
In this very bad market for gold stocks, I vote for 3-3.5$
