1) Compatibility/interoperability with existing and legacy systems
2) External validation
3) Inertia among large companies and lack of desire to change even if something is broken
4) Affordability of the solution
5) Security of the solution
6) Frictionless onboarding of the solution with limited/no downtime
7) Awareness of the solution 

Read the recent announcements in the context of this list. They've nailed 1-6 and with their exploding pipeline it appears that they are positioned to conquer 7 as well.

Retail investors generally don't get SaaS business models. They don't understand that large scale companies move at a glacial pace and that contracts take time as does system implementation. They don't understand that the flywheel effect, stickiness and upselling of these solutions makes the best ones ABSOLUTE GOLD.
