The date has now gone past and nothing is out on SEDAR. To me this says that all the flapping about the loan renewal deadline is just noise and that, as far as NevLada Copper is concerned, the disclosure from a week ago is totally sufficient.

Discussions are progressing positively with KfW-IPEX Bank (“KfW”), in-line with the expectations previously reported in the Company’s August 31, 2021 news release. The Company expects to finalize amendments to its senior facility with KfW in the coming weeks in order to, among other things, extend the project completion longstop date under the facility.
