any weekend quarterbacks

want to take a educated guess as to the mystery 9Dec meeting posted on Sedar? Would seem to be something we have to vote on. Maybe? New Directors, new Chairman? Q3 is in Nov so the Special meeting is shortly after that.

I did find this in the Early Warning report issued 3Sep

It is anticipated that one additional director will be appointed to the Board of the Issuer in connection with the Transaction, and a second additional director will be added to the Board of the Issuer, subject to shareholder approval.
