Yep!  I find it all very strange. Though someone scooped up a whopping 67,000 shares near the close. Must be someone who thinks it will go back up to .06 cents
 

management put out about 9 news releases in 2019, 6 news releases in 2020 and 2 in 2021, with one of those coming at midnight last night.  Maybe the trend is your friend, and there will be 0 news releases in 2022.   Lol!
