Todd has his target at $6 if we win the 2nd jury verdict.  You get to $7.50-$8.00 if the original verdict is reinstated.

My guess is that we see a pre-announcement of q3 results.  Not a single analyst commented today.  They are too lazy to do the work that cabbie and I had done estimating the Motorola contract. 

Until QTRH tells them what to plug into their models, they don't do the legwork.  

License -> QTRH pre-announcement -> Analysts raise targets -> Sheeple buy 

This stock needs to get above $3 to get the institutional flows into it.
