The surface equipment needed to produce Cascadura is gonna be similar to Coho except for size. Gas comes up the well into a three phase separator. Liquids/water are dropped out and gas off the top. That is all they need to do before sending it down the pipeline to NGC. They will need compression to enter the pipeline. Will not take years to build. They are calling for production to begin first half of 2022.
