Subsidiary of TXP is laying the pipe for Coho. They just didn't have a place to send the gas to until NGC and Shell work d out their squabbles. Later NGC will buy pipeline from TXP. They did it this way because Coho discovery was well before NGC contract. Sort of wild that it had taken this long. NGC was not about to sign long term fixed price contract for 10 mmcf/day of gas.
