Based on Google map, it is just 9 minutes of walking distance apart. 2 very natural merging entities. Nilsson Bros. bought back JBS feedlot for $50 million in 2017. They definitely can buy this one out and turn it around. Just don't know what kind of price will they offer. They probably want to check all their books, before making any moves.
