You're not giving us the full story here, what is it? Who owns the land that the proposed RIO copper mine is on? They are the ones that RIO has to get buy in from. Unless the sacred burial grounds of the natives are on the land owned by the natives they can whine and moan about the remains of chief White Horse and chief Black Bull all they want but it won't count for diddly.
