Stans intends to negotiate for Kutessay II but I saw neon mining website they are going after it too.
Technically from a legal standpoint, I believe  the licince should revert back to Stan's because the tribunal ruled the exproperation of the kutessay II mining licince illegal and the republic never contested it.

What I meant by my post is according to Boris the company is working on some real prospects and will announce results in due course. Those prospects could be seperate from KR negotiations and those could be catalysts to move the share price.
